My ZTE blade screen has broken.

Hi, I dont know whether you are aware but there is snow all over the UK. while walking to work this morning i slipped (ouch!) and landed on my side. Thinking nothing of it i carried on. Later when i got out my phone the screen just shows black with a couple of green and purple colours. It is clearly broken.

Yes i have tried taking the battery in and out.

I have tried pressing the reset button. I cant do a factory reset because i cant get on the phone.

Is there anywhere i can get the phone fixed or where i can buy another screen to fit myself. Or should i just get it replaced?

Is there visible marks on the phone showing it has been hit? If not you could phone Orange and tell them that the screen just went like that while it was charging, they normally just send out a replacement the next day.

Not directly on the screen but it is cracked underneath. I will try ringing them later i think. Is there no where to get it fixed?
