1. Boot in Clockwork Mode

2. Mount USB (in Advanced menu item)

3. Format using windows XP (FAT32) - took about 2 mins.

4. Mount SD in Clockwork Mode

5. Select Format in Clockwork Mode

Done! Restarted and all is well again! I hope this helps others with the same problem.

Hi Reformmated my SD Card now I keep getting "Damaged SD Card" I can't mount it and I need help to fix?

Any help would be most appreciated. I don't have a card reader at the moment (just bought one on ebay) so a fix using phone somehow would be amazing.

Thanks!

I have the same problem with a new 16Gb HDSC card I bought. IF anyone has any ideas of what way I should partition it and format it for optimal use in the SF please could you let me know?!

The SD formatter in 2.5.0.9 Clockworkmod doesn't work (or didn't the last time I checked), maybe it's working on version 2.5.1.3?

Single Fat32 partition if you're running Froyo's A2SD, or Primary Fat32 Partition + Ext2 partion is you're running Paul's 2.1 r4 with A2SD

I had the same issue today. It seems that the formatted on the OSF formats the card in FAT then can't do anything with it as it should be FAT32. Use the SD Formatter tool to fix, first format using Windows into FAT32 then again using the SD Formatter.

I have a strange one for you all....

I partitioned 16GB sd card, thinking i would cut it to 4GB and leave 12GB (for music etc)

now i only have 10GB to use, seem to have lost 6GB somewhere, not detected on phone or PC...

Any ideas?

Running Cyangen CR2
