Hi

I followed the advice from a post on here ( sorry cant remember where) and went to the T-Mobile support pages at

http://support.t-mobile.co.uk/help-and-sup...FTWAREDOWNLOADS

and entered my t-mobile phone number and listed my phone as a HTC desire as the internet settings are the same as the san francisco.

You enter the settings on the phone by going to your settings/wireless & networks/mobile networks/access point name. then press menu and select new APN.once youve entered the settings press menu and save.

hope this helps
