getting virgin mobile internet on my san francisco

im a noob have an unlocked san fran. im trying to get online with my virgin mobile chip

im new to adding settings in android

which APN setting do i have to select and what do i have to input

there are more than one apn option

can someone give me a step by step pls for net and mms?

yes but where do i have to input the settings?

i dont know my way round the menus

Open the Drawer (where you can see all the apps)

Settings > Wireless & networks > Mobile networks > Access point names

Click Menu on the rocker

Add APN > Enter details for Virgin > Check Data connection to enable

You should now have 3G connection appear on top status bar.

hi ive got 3g to work

but i dont have the enable/disable background sync option available anymore..

have i done something wrong?
