Most robust ROM with A2sd or Apps2sd

Quick easy to answer question....

Most stable ROM with ability to install apps on the SD?

I went back to a stock 2.1 ROM (removing select orange apps myself)

But I'm missing the ability to save apps on the SD, but I don't want the inconvenience of lock ups resulting in battery pulls (as it'll weaken the back panel, and I still have a random Orange 10p per reboot txt message problem).

Been using the MCR r4 (2.1) with no issues, you can bake a version with A2SD included.

Good things being said about the BladeVillain 1.1.0 rom as well.

Reading on Villainrom on how to install A2SD, did I get it correct that so long as I've rotted my SF I can install A2SD? Or do I need a custom rom?

That is possible but lots of people have had troubles with it. Installing a pre-baked ROM with A2SD in is much more reliable. Been using mine for a month or 2 now and it's very stable. The amount of extra space you get is amazing - it's well worth doing.

Baked an R4 with A2SD, just boot loops at the Modaco splash screen.... Pants! ;)

I'll find the perfect ROM for me eventually lol

Did you wipe everything before flashing?

Did you partition your SD card to have an EXT2 partition as the last partition on the card?

Yes I always wipe and clear cache before trying a new ROM.
