Phone stuck on Clockwork Mod Recovery on Boot

I've managed to install the clockworkmod tool and now want to install the modaco rom.

However, I can't copy across the update to the SD card as my phone won't boot. When you turn it on it simply goes into the clockworkmod recovery screen and I can't do anything else. Simply, i can't use the phone.

Any advice please? Thank you.
