Guest markII Posted January 5, 2011 Report Share Posted January 5, 2011 Hey guys, I need a low battery drain but I also need wireless tethering...can i switch on tethering only when i need it in order to save battery? The only thing that comes in my mind is: do a nandroid backup and then apply the tether patch when you need it, when you have finished to use it restore nandroid backup. Yes,all the ROMs with phh kernel have this issue. A2sd - Drarktremor Scripts for Miui Install only on top MIUI, (after langpack, and Tether fix). DO A NANDROID BEFORE START Download update.zip and flash from malez recovery. Enable A2sd: adb shell a2sd check[/codebox] if you get this result: [codebox]Apps [ ] Linked to SD Card. [ ] No Apps2SD Flag File not found. [*] Programs run from SD card To run from internal storage, type a2sd remove Your apps are stored in sdcard if you have another result: adb shell a2sd reinstall[/codebox] For more infos about this scripts look at Darktremor Scripts Pages If you have problems let me know. Can i use it also for new release of MIUI? as long as this remains the boot, there are no problems, can be used it.
