Which sort of capacative stylus would you guys recommend?

Apparently theres two types available..

One with a little flat plastic disc as a tip

the other seems to have a spongy type tip.

Which one would be the best for our Blade's

Thanks in Advance

I'd recommend the pink ones you'll find dangling from the end of your arms - usually come in packs of 5

Read something about how in Korea when they had a really back winter last year they all had to carry sausages around with them as their fingers were either too cold or gloved so wouldn't register on their capacitive screens - found the same problem myself yesterday. Could be an urban myth but I like the idea of people smearing sausages on their phones (EDIT - link here)

Only time you'd need a stylus is if you had a TFT screen - don't think stylii work on capacitive ones AFAIK (non fleshy things don't work on mine annyhoo) (EDIT - Frankish mentions below that there are actually special cap stylii ;) )

I suffer from that. They just, wonder off in a world of their own.

Normally I find them hidden away in my gloves. But yesterday, they were just, gone. Without a goodbye or nothing.

Now I need to control my phone with my toes. :P

Thanks for all your help guys ;)

The problem is my hands are very large

and just need something to make typing a bit easier.

I hit three or four letters at a time on the key pad.

Thank you...

Don't expect much though. I have one of these with the cushion at the end, and it doesn't really work for me. My porky fingers are better ;)

Thanks gambieter, thats what i thought with the spongy end ones,

so was looking at the ones with the flat round disc on the end.

Not sure if they would be any better though?

The easiest solution is to use any battery (AA, AAA), even a discharged one. Use the negative (-) pole for hand-writing notes, making simple drawings etc. For a more precise use, use a smaller battery (from quartz watch), but you need some device for holding it. For instance, a mechanical pencil holder for a thick graphite lead.
