Couple of questions

I,m currently running sebs r6 and wondered if someone can help me. Firstly, to wake the screen back up i'm having to keep pressing the on off button, the screen will light up for a second then sleep again before i can unlock. And secondly, when i recieve a text or write 1, how do i get the option to add people from my contacts to forward the text to them? EDIT... just noticed under message/settings, i have no boxes to check or uncheck in text or multimedia messages. I'm all ears for some help on this!!
