I still don't understand how to install a ROM!

Ok, I've got Windows xp and I have downloaded a ROM, but I need to flash my phone.

I've donloaded Executor.

But apparently I need Grandprix ;) and updater.exe

I tried going on the samsung website but the link for updater.exe is broken.

If anyone knows how to go about getting updater.exe or installing a ROM without it, please tell me.

Forget the updater. just download and install your favorite rom. :P

I have a tutorial in my 4Shared files, is in Portuguese, use google to translate and have fun ;) :P

Thank you so much I just did it with the latest UK ROM.

It went well at first and then it said failed to create port and I was like ;)

Disconnected the USB cable, took the battery out, switched it back on, and it started up :P
