Newbie to the forum... but having a few problems

Hi there,

I am new to the forum and have recently purchased a Desire. I really like the phone but I am having difficulty uploading music from itunes to the phone. I have been told that I should be able to sync my whole itunes library with my phone and was suggested to use the following link. Using the link however I am able to sync about 130 songs but when I go to play them it states "unable to play this type of audio track." What am I doing wrong?

I am sorry if this has been asked previously, if so please point me in the right direction. ;)

I was also wondering if it is possible to have the same computer interface with the Desire as you do with the i-phone i.e. you can browse the phone easily and access the app store while it is mounted to the pc?
