after modaco install my desire died. Please Help

Hi Everyone.

Please HELP ;)

As I used to install Rom using rom manager, I installed the r3.1 - MoDaCo using it, installing from my sd-card, without doing backup.

Now, when I turn on my htc desire, it stay a few seconds in a htc lauching screen and then all the screen get black, with no responde.

Is my phone DOOMED?

Did the new rom appear to install correctly?

You need to let the device boot for quite some time after flashing a new rom.
