Buying apps on one account, then changing account on phone

I'm in the process of tweaking and setting up a white SF for my girlfriend for christmas, i've downloaded some apps, launcherpro etc to help speed the phone up and remove the crap, but these are all downloaded on my account.

I'm wanting to give her the phone, and it play the setup screen again, and it prompt her to make a google account etc, is this possible at all?
