Bug while S-OFF flashing - HTC Desire

Hi everybody !...

I have a big problem with my rooted HTC Desire... I wanted to make it S-OFF using virtual box and the alpharev.iso image but the last step failed and now it's imbossible to boot my phone!... It's blocked on a splash screen with the HTC logo and I only have access to HBOOT. The problem is that I have no backup to restore... Is there a solution or should I throw away this wonderfull phone ?!?...

Please help me if you can... and sorry for my bad english!!!
