I'm sure he's just as excited to work on it and get it working on our Streaks. But with what he's got cookin already is what I'm looking forward to. (Froyo 1.5, MiUI, StreakSense).

I'm not sure what's the big deal with Gingerbread anyway? At least Froyo introduced the JIT Compiler...

For anyone who cares, the gingerbread keyboard has been ripped out of the emulator and it works on Steve's build, although it is a tad small and will overwrite your stock keyboard.

Actually Steve is also porting Android to Nokia N900 in addition to that list (Froyo 1.5, MiUI, StreakSense). I think he also is working on a ZTE Blade project?
