Have you tried a smaller one? How did you root? Unrevoked? Try downloading rom manager, reflashing clockworkmod through rom manager and it might be alright. Dan

Guest DragosP Posted December 7, 2010 Report Posted December 7, 2010 My advice: download amonra, flash it with unrevoked and enjoy your phone!

I have exactly the same problem (same error, same Recovery version), I don't think the problem is in the SD card (mine is 4GB, says "SD Card space free: 1241MB"). I just rooted the phone today and wanted to backupa before first flashing, but I can't due to this error...
Guest papabol Posted December 9, 2010 Report Posted December 9, 2010 +1 on DragosP advice.. i think both of you have the latest HTC Desires. It has PVT4. but be carefull, i have the same problem before and solved it by changing my ClockworkMod Recovery to Amon Ra v2.0 and when i create backup of my current ROM it i had this problem.. see my post here.. Post # 312 USB Brick or maybe its just me..
Guest EddyOS Posted December 9, 2010 Report Posted December 9, 2010 Was about to say you probably have a PVT4 Desire, check the thread over on XDA about it for details and a new version of Clockwork Mod that works (or use AmonRA 2.0.1)
