Baltic BLACK ROM

Hi guys, can you tell me what is the difference between this BLACK ROM and normal ROM?

Is it just looks (color of status bar, etc) or is there anything else?

Can someone post a screenshot of rom, just to see how does it look like?

There is only one Baltic ROM. Dunno why people call it Black. And no it dosnt have black notification bar.

Theres nothing to explain, a rom (Android os port) for baltic region.
