Build Number

Got a san francisco that has BladeVillain1.1.0 running

under the settings > about phone it says http://www.villainrom.co.uk/ under the build number

i brought it like this so i have no idea what build number this is...any ideas how i find this out??

ok so im lost now as i thought it was supposed to be like OUK_P729BV1.0.0B08

so how do i tell if i have tft or oled....was looking at trying a few different roms but need to know what i have first

or am i going completely insane and doing the wrong thing??

The build number relates to the ROM, so whatever ROM you have is on there will show up as the build number

the whole TFT/OLED thing has nothing to do with the build number.

Actually, in the UK it does - but only until someone installs different software!

The 05 original software running without gross colour distortion indicates OLED.

Other than temporary ugliness one should have no fear that running a 'wrong' rom would damage your phone as a result of being created for "the other" type of screen.

With a good recovery installed, you can easily load in something different.

It came with bladevillain on from the shop? or did you buy it second hand?
