2.2 Upgrade problem via Kies

Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

Just started Kies update to 2.2 and seemed to be going okay,

downloading etc but now upgrade progress bar has not moved and

the phones display has just been green for about 45 minutes now.

Best course of action,

1. leave a bit longer

2. disconnect - and see what happens?

3. Any better suggestions?
