Facebook Issue

hello,

I have been looking and to no avail cant seem to find a solution to the issue I am having. The problem is i just flashed to StreakDroid FroYo v1.4.6 which is a awesome rom. But the only problem I cant seem to fix is that my facebook doesnt want to sync to my contacts. I have updated the app, restored my phone. If i could get some help I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advacne

it doesnt work. hyde's froyo versions never did. it has to do with how facebook used the provisioning profiles in the build.prop. i played with it a little and gave up. in order for the sync to work, you gotta set ro.product=passion along with a few other parameters to nexus one's. in return, you get a crashing camera app and a few other apps that dont work.

you might want to take the official build's build.prop though since it does work in the stock froyo builds.

Me too. No I.m planning to flash to Dell 2.2 or a version lower because of many problem that I have had experienced

Could some one please post the build.prop from the official build.

Anyone know if this was fixed in 1.6.1? Is it something that can even be fixed?

I'm running 1.6.0 and it doens't work in it either.

No doesnt work in 1.6.1

I don't think Steve see's it as a priority as he doesnt use facebook but I know its a very important issue to a lot of other people.

Any chance of having another look at it Steve? ;)
