Help in editing Icons using JWMD Icon Changer

Hello everyone! I recently learned how to edit my icons using the JWMD Icon Changer. So when I go to Start Menu all the nice looking icons are there. I'm using SPB Mobile Shell 3.5 and has shortcut icons on my Lifestyle screen. I tried changing them to show the updated/new icons I have but it's just showing the default. Is there a way to use the new icons in SPB shell lifestyle screen?
