Caller Hold and Swap Calls

Hiya

Anyone else have difficulties in returning to a 'on hold' call?

So for example I am on the phone to person A, I then get called by person B and accept their call, thus placing A on hold. Once my conversation is over with B I would then like to return to A, but I can't figure out how to 'unpause' that conversation, and my only option seems to be hanging up and then calling them back?

Any ideas?

I am using the 2.1 Modaco Rom (just waiting for a 100% stable 2.2 Modaco release).

Press the menu button when in call, hold and swap are there.
