Download home switcher, that will allow you to pick a launcher.

You can change the defaults in settings. Or just go to the app drawer and hit home and when it prompts what to use just pick launcher pro and set as default.

Make sure to back it up once you have it how you want it as I lost my set up a couple times and its annoying to replace it. At the moment my only problem with launcher pro is finding the setting that stops the dock expanding to 6 icons when you hide the navigation bar.

Or you can just click the Home soft button and a list of Launchers will appear. Select the one you want ;)

Ive read somewhere that this is possible but cant find out how to do it?

I'd like to know that, too. Also, if you could have different wallpapers for LauncherPro and the default Launcher (when switching between them).

Of course, it would be good if LauncherPro actually displayed wallpapers correctly in the first place, instead of zooming into the top! :)
