Lost the Wifi,Bluetooth, GPS and Brightness app

I seem to have lost the pannel that allows me to switch on and off wifi, bluetooth and GPS plus allws me to set the brightness of the screen

Can anyone remember where it is please

^It's a widget called Power Control. Just add it back on your homescreen.
