Guest JordanT92 Posted December 9, 2010 Report Posted December 9, 2010 Basically, I want to mess around with the Android version on the Vega, and would like to know if it can be bricked. I plan on reflashing it while changing core system files, hopefully the recovery mode will help me restore my Vega when I inevitably break it. Thanks.

NvFlash which is used by the vega update process seems to flash the bootloader messing with that may be risky. On XDA a tegra based folio was bricked. One user on this forum got their vega into a state which was hard but not impossible to resolve. I dont think you'll get any guarantees
