Help please: Blade killed--touchscreen isn't working

Hi at all,

i'm not sure but i think i have killed my blade....First i have rooted my Blade, installed Clockwork Mod and so on----all perfect.

But then i have disassembled my blade to paint it.....crazy idea.

All was done perfectly (i think so): no damaged contacts, wires, flex-wires.

But after assembling the touchscreen isn't working (all other functions ok: loading battery, power on, volume-keys ok, it's also possible to install another ROM).

Can someone help me ?

Maybe you need to buy another one (for the case) swap the insides and then return the broken one in the new case.

Once you have a working replacement, you could sell one on ebay.

It's the only idea that I have - but that risks breaking two...

sams ideas not a bad solution um double check it conected properly , is hardware not software and so far i havent ripped it apart physically yet so can't really help you much more than the next man. but out of interest what couoour and fancy uploading a pic ?

long shot but does it work when out of the case? maybe the paint is causing some kind of short which prevent the capacitive screen from working
