[Q] Desire won't start

Yesterday I flashed a new radio and a new radio RIL (both 32.49.00.32U_5.11.05.27). After I flashed it in recovery I rebooted, but it didn't boot normaly. I got the screen with the box and the yellow arrow. This isn't the first time this happend to me, so I pulled out the battery and put it back in after 15 seconds. When I tried to switched it back on, it refused. I remembered my battery percentage was low before flashing, but I dind't had a problem during the flashing...

Now my Desire won't start, but also don't charge anymore, at least I don't see a orange led anymore the original HTC charger... Did I brick it or could my battery been broken? Btw, my desire is rooted, s-off and running MIUI 12.03 R2 by S-Murphy
