phone is not working properly im panicking

I recently bought a used acer liquid e. i flashed the latest bin then the liquid community rom. The community rom is fast but it drains the battery and people i call hear a static sound. i want to flash the official rogers rom and it give me an error. something like an improper call. i just want the phone to work what do i do?

Flash bin version 4.002.14, and install Malez Recovery.

Follow those instructions, and voila. Working, Rogers branded Froyo. I had no call quality or speed issues on that build.

Alternatively, I invite you to try "MetalFroyo", a ROM by the Community Dev Team.
