Guest thepasto Posted December 11, 2010 Report Posted December 11, 2010 it seems to work! The quadrant score is really impressive. BTW this is only a test .. There are Some permission issues and other things to have to revise. The phone is really more reactive.

Guest Meezu Posted December 11, 2010 Report Posted December 11, 2010 Btw.with which did you oc your lcr f?! It wasn't my result... it's a quote from thepasto
Guest Koki1337 Posted December 11, 2010 Report Posted December 11, 2010 I just found out about this. I think it is possible though, the Liquid/E has exact same hardware as the N1
Guest fischschneehase Posted December 11, 2010 Report Posted December 11, 2010 It wasn't my result... it's a quote from thepasto Srry i hit the wrong butten XD but normaly with lcr no oc is possible without loosing data and sd...
Guest HustlinDaily Posted December 11, 2010 Report Posted December 11, 2010 I have the same question as fisch only it is asking thepasto! HOW DID YOU OC WITH LCR-F AND KEEP APPS2SD? Please, do share!
Guest thepasto Posted December 12, 2010 Report Posted December 12, 2010 I have the same question as fisch only it is asking thepasto! HOW DID YOU OC WITH LCR-F AND KEEP APPS2SD? Please, do share! tomorrow if I have time and if all goes well, (I have to finish to make some tests), I'll post the solution .. But I think it is already fully functional. It's nothing special, it's a dirty solution, but for now gave me the desired results. I'm working on data2ext that is showing amazing results. Make this script on the liquid is not impossible, is not so different from app2sd script but as I said above I have some problem with the permissions of Dalvik-cache. ATM I do not have much free time, so I can not give you an ETA. Do not use the original script. to work properly it needs the ext4 kernel module (you should enable it to recompile the kernel) and e2fsprogs, which is not present in Our rom.

Guest fischschneehase Posted December 13, 2010 Report Posted December 13, 2010 is someone working on this?! :) would be veeeerrry coool:)
Guest jayziac Posted December 13, 2010 Report Posted December 13, 2010 The screenshot is of a different device. Also I heard it's just optimizing Quadrant benchmark tests, not real-world speed improvements, especially since it only improves disk I/O operations. And finally it shortens flash memory life.

Guest Rufy93 Posted December 13, 2010 Report Posted December 13, 2010 the third screnn is from aliquid;) and the pasto also wrote that it improves real world performence;) that with the flash drive i think is bullshit^^ Ofcourse, using the flashdrive as much as it will be used will tear quite much on it, but probably (hopefully?) you won't be using the phone when the performence decreases.
