The HTC Wildfire supports Flash and has a ARMV6 CPU... how is that possible?

PS: I know asking for Flash sucks just curious.

It uses "Flash Lite" :)

There is a thread kicking around here to install it on the Blade but.. It's flash lite :)

WTF is flash lite? Most of the time I am happy that there is no Flash because no flash - no ads. But I was wondering why the Wildfire was Flash capable. Thanks guys now I Know.

Flash "lite".. Well put it this way, it was a marketing gimmick so manufactures can say that their mobiles have flash.

Flash lite can render flash content.. Very poorly.. Not even really worth considering

I tried this, didn't worked with the standard browser, at least in the sites that I've tried :)

it's supposed to be flash 10.1 for arm 6

haven't tested it because i use froyo 2.2

iirc flash doesn't work because the processor is too weak, it doesn't work because the processor is not supported.

Just curious, I was sent 2 xmas messages..an animated santa and a voice message..both of which i had to go online to O2 to see..they were .wav files. Is this due to the lack of flash on the SF? :(
