Best paint/sketch app

Ok I've been trying a lot of the free ones. What I find is that developers are not understanding this problem has been solved years ago on Macs and PCs, and there's a lot of home baked ideas which mean well but are not delivering anything even remotely worth d/l ing.

It is true I haven't yet tried Autodesk (used to be Alias) Sketch for Android, which I am about to. But are there any other suggestions out there people would like to give a shout about ?
