Expand the compressed archive.

That gets you a folder with various zip files.

Use Clockwork to flash one of the add-on zip files over an existing FF installation (in exactly the same way that previously you flashed in FF).

But do read the notes on overclocking.

I'm not sure that any of the other add-ons work with the original kernel add-on (needed for the 5mp camera). A large part of the reason for the custom kernel was to permit overclocking, so with original (non-custom) overclock shouldn't work.
