Go back into ClockworkMod and wipe cache? Then if that doesn't work maybe wipe data too. (You often need to wipe everything like this when installing a new ROM if it's not directly compatible with the existing one.)

I assume you have run the command

fastboot-windows flash recovery recovery-clockwork-2.5.0.9-modaco-r2-blade.img

If you have then you have installed Clockwork to your recovery ROM

To access this turn the phone on while holding down the VOLUME DOWN BUTTON

Then (with the phone upside down choose the Delete Cache and Factory reset options from the menu

Then use the reboot option

im all flashed out lol, ive tried installing it on SD card and naming the folder: mcri-system.tar.gz

Yes. You have installed clockwork 2.5.0.9

You still get to it by holding down Volume Down on boot.

Right now you are in clockwork go into Mounts and Mount the USB

You should now have a Drive Mounted on your PC

Re-Download the ROM of choice and please make sure the md5sum is correct (this confirms that the download is good and not corrupted)

Now drag that good rom *.zip file onto your SDCard and unmount on the PC, then un-mount on the phone (in clock work)

Now go back to the main menu and Do the Clear Cache AND the Factory Reset

Now Choose the install ZIP, then the Choose ZIp, choose the new ROM *.zip you downloaded

Wait

Choose Reboot.

Did you check the file was good (using md5sum)

Also did you clear he cache and Factory Reset?

Also can you try a BOOT without the SD Card in : it could be broken
