If you call on a Orange phone its free Or use this site to find a 0800 number http://www.saynoto0870.com/search.php A search on there for Orange gives me loads of numbers - the one you want is : 0800 801080 (Mobile Pay as you Go Customer Services (Personal) Select option 1, then 4, then 2) Credit or Debit card should be enough
