Well you only have to sift through the vega forums to see what a wealth of information there is.

For many, you will fully understand the terminology and the abbreviations used.

For us vega and android newbies, reading and understanding how to update is a little daunting.

We are having the same bug issues as the experts but find it hard to resolve the problem due to a lack of understanding of how some fixes are written.

So my plea ( and on behalf of other newbies ) to all you regulars, is could you simplify your guides untill we are up to speed ourselves and are then able to help others.

The first one needing an idiots guide would be the update rom and performance pack please.

I have put my money where my mouth is and paid my dues.

The thing is I'm not sure there is a one size fits all idiots guide. I have a feeling that most peoples problems are Windows problems not vega ones.

I have followed Pauls instructions on a Mac without problems. Have you tried this:

For the performance pack? It should bypass the windows driver problems nicely. I even modified it a bit and did the vega update too but I'm wary of sharing nvflash stuff in case it goes horribly wrong for someone
