Guest obermotz Posted December 13, 2010 Report Posted December 13, 2010 My phone only has 27MB free space on the /data file system and the dalvik cache takes more than 70MB. So the question is: can the cache be relocated to SD and if yes, is it worth it (regarding speed, reliability and SD wear)?

Guest Gerson2k Posted December 14, 2010 Report Posted December 14, 2010 (edited) I'm using the A2SD+ in alpha 3 and I think its great - its freed up plenty of storage space - currently have 160MB of free space vs 40MB when I was using he Froyo native A2SD. I had to apply this fix to make it stable. Edited December 14, 2010 by Gerson2k
Guest obermotz Posted December 14, 2010 Report Posted December 14, 2010 My current ROM is a cooked alpha4 without support for A2SD+. Can A2SD+ be added later via a .ZIP file from Clockwork or do I have to cook a new ROM with it enabled?
