Green android boott screen

well i flashed the 2.3 rom that is floating around on this forum and i didnt like it , to buggy and slow and took up to much memory , before i installed the rom i backed up my rom , when i went into recovery to restore my 2.2 (thanks FLB) ROM i clicked restore and now when it boots it is stuck on the green android and wont move ,its been like thisfor over 10 minutes and to make matters worse there isnt enough space on my micro SD card to move FLB's lite rom across, i mounted my blade through recovery and then it said i had 30mb free space , shocked , now not sure what to do
