thinking about reinstalling 2.1

hi since installing 2.1 when it was released, ive been experiencing framework problems, everyone else running 2.1 can use any framework they wish, myself on the other hand either experience half of a flashed framework, none of that framework at all or get stuck into a bootloop, i was wondering if completely wiping and re-flashing the official 2.1 then upgrading to cm6 again would possibly sort this out? or is that a big waste of time?

nope. should work. wipe the cache and install android again
