Apps Installer

I use Apps Installer to install .apk files from my SD Card, but when I load it I seem to be getting a growing list of files to install all called "app" I am guessing these are temp files from either the Market or ADVERTISING SPAM.

What I want to know, is there an app which will clean such temp files from Phone and SD Card?
