Guest dadashi Posted December 24, 2010 Report Posted December 24, 2010 ...if it only has 256MB, installing A2SD2 would solve the problem....
Guest buneech Posted December 24, 2010 Report Posted December 24, 2010 (edited) ...if it only has 256MB, installing A2SD2 would solve the problem.... How on earth could A2SD solve the lack of RAM? And it does have 512MB RAM, some guy on a slovenian forum confirmed it. Edited December 24, 2010 by buneech
Guest Phoenix Silver Posted December 24, 2010 Report Posted December 24, 2010 How on earth could A2SD solve the lack of RAM? And it does have 512MB RAM, some guy on a slovenian forum confirmed it. all apps are installed in sd card with a2sd so a lot of free internal memory :(
Guest buneech Posted December 24, 2010 Report Posted December 24, 2010 (edited) all apps are installed in sd card with a2sd so a lot of free internal memory :( Yeah... And do you know what the difference between internal memory and RAM is? Edited December 24, 2010 by buneech
Guest Phoenix Silver Posted December 24, 2010 Report Posted December 24, 2010 internal memory is a kind of RAM (when power is down RAM is erased) there is a ROM too (read only memory) surely for the SF system ROM are not erased when power is down. SD card don't loose their data when power is down (by luck lol otherwise all is erased when you put out the card of the device) i think there is surely a internal battery in SF no ?
Guest buneech Posted December 24, 2010 Report Posted December 24, 2010 The main thing between internal memory and RAM is, that RAM is used to store temporary files, used by applications when running. Internal memory is the place, where you install apps, itd. So, i was talking about RAM, and you two were talking about internal memory.
