Some of the questions and messages sent to the @AdventVega twitter account do make me laugh sometime. I can understand people wanting to know where their orders are, but people demanding to know when the Vega will be in stock or be in stores is laughable. I'm sure if they had that information it would be tweeted. Then threatening to buy 'Tablet X' instead isn't going to make any difference now is it? All they will do is say stock will be available 'soon'.

And a few people have complained about Flash being removed from future models until it is approved by Adobe. I think those who have it already should be thankful they didn't realise it was needed in the first place otherwise it would have been a longer wait for us to get ours!

Actually my POV Mobii came (yesterday, first batch, the Netherlands) with a big sign saying it's missing flash for now, but will be available as soon as it's certified...

Advent should've known :)

:) think that was me hahaha I'm just getting so frustrated because I am so torn between adam and the vega, I really want the adam but cba waiting 6-9 weeks. I am just skeptical about the logistics of Advent, surely they should have ramped up production by now, as I'm sure you know many companies do this in a bid to drive up demand. I'm literally having a crisis picking between the two and just wanted to try and kick Advent up the backside. the tweet can't do any harm.

Not to worry, it only amused me and not irritate me. It is easy for me to sit here typing on my Vega that I think people should be more patient. Yes the odd tweet wont harm but I too think it will do little to help either.

Just a formality most likely imposed by Adobe. They dont want a rogue flash plugin dirtying the good name of Adobe... afterall that's Apple's job.

Loving the rant tony, ive been holding up that side of the bargain on FB end too.

Whilst a certain gadget show posted about the new iPad having 2 cameras for facetime, some one wrote the words:

The current iPad is awesome a new only only means more awesomeness. Can't say I have missed a camera, but with FaceTime it could come in handy. I hope the new iPad mirrors the design of iPhone4 more closely.

To which I replied:

As in, its core functionality goes depending on how you hold it!? Yeah good call.

He failed to respond, I'm so gutted.
