How to install gingerbread theme

Could someone please explain how you install these themes using a launcher, i have the launcher and the theme but dont know what to do :-(

Ok bare with me on this one.

This assumes you have ClockworkMod installed

Step by step

- copy the theme to the root of your sd Card

- boot phone with the Volume - held down

- enter ClockworkMod

- "Install zip from sdcard"

- "Choose zip from sdcard"

- Select your zip file and continue

Reboot through ClockworkMod

Enjoy your theme

I didnt want to make a new thread but i searched and ended up here, i just want to ask, how do you uninstall the theme?

i am a noob myself but unless somebody tells me otherwise i think there are two ways: 1 is to install a new theme and 2 is to create a back up and reboot into that...

If you see the 'Unified Theme' or TheManicGibbons JCM Theme thread they both provide stock themes depending on your ROM, so you're back to square one.
