TFT model has a compass, I'm pretty sure I am able to get 320mb+ of ram on this phone.

No idea how to check my ram properly though.

What are all the differences between OLED and non-OLED models?

Here are some features of the OLED model not advertised on the orange site http://shop.orange.co.uk/mobile-phones/San...-Orange-in-grey

The OLED model has:

  • OLED screen instead of TFT
  • 512M RAM instead of 256M RAM
  • Compass (does the TFT have compass?)

there are different tft models, for different markets. in hungary and greece it is sold with 256mb, in uk with 512.

tft has better touchscreen according to flibblescan.

i dont see any other differences.

The only difference with the OSF TFT is the screen (And touch screen)

Everything else (Hardware wise) is exactly the same

Having tested both versions extensively, I could not find the slightest difference in responsiveness of touchscreens.

Folk are assuming that the Touchscreen is part of the display - it isn't. Both TFT and OLED versions have the same touchscreen.

They don't have the same touch, which is the part of the problem with older ROMs not working with TFT.

The only problem with older ROMs on the LCD model is that the colours go to s***.
