REQ: Flashable zip or such that adds Power Off options to Sense Rom?

REQ: Flashable zip or apk or such - that makes any Sense Rom (In this case the Modaco 2.2.1 kitchen) add Power Off options - Restart, Bootloader, Recovery...like there is on most custom roms on here - except MoDaCo kitchen? Help please - that - and Jit ON are the only things missing to make that the perfect rom for my taste.
