I'm running 1.04 with r4. Can I update to the latest ROM and the latest Modaco bits without flattening the device? It's taken me ages to get it set up right, so not too keen to wipe it and start over.

Lots of backup tools you can get but the built in one works well and saves all your apps and settings from what I have seen of it.
