Change Operator Name (Lockscreen/Pulldown)

Hi,

I am using Hungarian Hedgehog RLS2 and would like to change the Operator name used on the lockscreen and pulldown.

Currently this is showing Hutchinson 3G UK Ltd whereas I am actually using an MVMO operator SIM.

I have looked at the framework-res.api eri.xml file but I dont think that is used.

Can anyone give me some pointers?
