Freeing up internal memory to install apps?

So basically im sick of running out of internal memory and want to know if there is a way to free some up.

Question1

Can you install or move these apps to the sd card? I know a tiny percentage you can from the applications menu but i want to move different ones

Question2

Can i delete any files that are useless somehow? I dont know how to access the phones internal memory though :-(

I thought I had A2SD working on MCR Alpha3 ROM, having set up the SD card with a second partition (formatted to EXT) - it seemed to free up a bit of space, but I was still getting fullup notifications the whole time

Then last night I installed Alpha 4 with A2SD+ (from the kitchen) and suddenly the world is my oyster! I now realise that I can't have had it working right. I just went app crazy last night and installed a quite ridiculous number of apps (always need to test my boundaries!)

All good!

I can't tell you whether this is because I didn't have things set up correctly in Alpha 3 to get A2SD working, or whether A2SD+ rather than A2SD is the difference that's made a difference. But once you've got either A2SD or A2SD+ working properly, things will be lots easier

I recommend you go ad-free, cook yourself an alpha 4 ROM with A2SD+, flash and enjoy

in froyo its possible to move most of apps, its build-in and for deleting useless apps use Es file Explore as root and go to 7

/system/app/ and delete what u dont need..

or u can try a2sd, it bit more complex..

newy easy one to move or delete apps
