Newbie can't find kitchen to download Vega updates

Hi,

Feel like a total lame brain but where is the "Kitchen" I want the performance pack and the bluetooth fix for

Advent Vega and an idiots guide to apply them. Have already got a Vega with 1.4 on(which I didn't install)

and bluetooth NOT working I believe Paul did a fix combined in performance pack?
