Second blue LED in the bottom of the front bezel?

I just managed to very nearly brick my Vega (long story!), but in doing so I got in some weird mode where not only was the 'top right' LED lit, but the a blue LED lit in the middle of the bottom bezel. As bright as the main LED!

Strange huh? Has anyone else seen this before?

Nope haven't seen that before but now you mention it if you look at the setup guide which came with the Vega in Step 3 it shows the front of the device and as well as the camera porthole it shows three other circles which I presume are lights although interestingly it doesn't show the power light ?

The mystery deepens :)

Update:- Perhaps you accidentally turned on the built-in microphone which triggers a light to warn you it is on?

I just tried the inbuilt sound recorder, but didnt notice any LED's being ON on the front panel while recording.

Hmmm, maybe something specific to do with the dock, like when something is active. I'll be taking the back off my Vega again soon so I'll have another look.

Maybe the blue light on the dock is really a clear window, letting through the light from the led on the Vega..?

I have seen it on a couple of times when the device is in standby .. .when out of standby it goes off ... very strange!

I met with DSG today so I asked them!

The dock has a magnet in, and when a magnet goes near the Vega, the little blue light comes on to help you position in the dock in the dark. :)

I have a blue light to the right on the camera. When I tilt the Vega I can see a faint blue light. Nothing through the bezel though...

I have the same issue. It´s a small blue light inside the bezzel. Behind the bezzel. It doen´t like to notice anyting like the charging or docking light that brights over a hole in the bezel. You can only watch this if you try to see paralelly to the screen surface.

It´s strange. Nobody has the same thing?

Everybody has the same thing :) AFAIK, no-one knows what it's for. Just ignore it, it's not a big deal.
