Android and Windows 7 mobile

I have a ZTE blade TFT screen from orange, (orange san fransico)

I was wondering is there a way to duel boot this mobile with windows 7 mobile?

I saw that its possible with other windows phones but im not sure if u can do it with an andoid as a root os?

IF you know how, please help me out or post a link to where it can be found
